Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only to orders for which payment has been made directly to Amazing Cake. We are committed to ensuring on-time delivery and the highest quality of our bakery items. To achieve this, we only accept orders that we can fulfill according to the customer’s specifications and within the required timeframe. In some cases, we may decline orders that are not feasible.
We dedicate significant time and effort to understanding customer requirements—this includes tastings, consultations, designing, research, color and theme matching with the venue, and sourcing specific materials. Due to this detailed process, we are unable to offer refunds for deposits once the order is in progress. Thank you for your understanding.
Customized Orders & Advance Preparation
For custom cakes and designs, decorative elements are often prepared at least 3 days in advance to allow proper drying and setting. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Full Refund
If the customer cancels the order at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on the customer's card-issuing bank. - No Refund
If the customer cancels the order within 6 hours of the scheduled delivery, no refund or store credit will be issued. The order will still be processed and can be collected at the agreed delivery time. The customer is expected to settle any remaining balance.
Rescheduling Requests
- Rescheduling of orders will be considered case-by-case, and requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time.
- While we do our best to accommodate rescheduling, we cannot guarantee availability due to scheduling and resource limitations.
- Customer cooperation may be needed to help us meet any rescheduling requirements.
